Figure Dynamic Training & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (FDT&CSB) was formed and started operations in January 2001. The directors were of the opinion that the time was right to go into business at that time, after considering the internal strength and the opportunities in the market. Now, we are creating the appropriate portfolios and platforms to conduct our varied areas of businesses in training, consultancy, coaching and mentoring.

We believe in an open management style, providing a conducive working environment, inculcating a caring and sharing attitude among the staff and within the ranks. We also believe in improving ourselves, and this will be a continuous process.

We are really in the knowledge, personal and social skills-based business, in a service-oriented industry type. We deal with people and we want to deal with people.
